Opening and using/unsealing contents and returning will result in a partial refund up to the amount I'm able to get selling it open. So, the control box as shown, it had something sticky. When wiping it down, some of the black ink came off? I assumed it was dyed in the plastic. Guess not. As shown some parts still wrapped. I wouldn't call it new, it may have been used a couple times. But I still has the plastic literally. So used, good condition, works great
